Rakuten wanted to launch their loyalty program in the US with their Japanese-imbued idea of service. Not only did they aim to meet a customer’s need, but anticipate it. I crafted the branding elements such as tone, voice, narrative, and support pillars. Broadcast was executed by Copy: Andy Whalen; Art Director, Adam Zash.
